Dash is splitting

The top soft part of the dash has developed many splits in the vinyl, some of them cover the entire width of it.

Any way to fix this or do i just have to buy a new one?

Thanks, Ben.

Re: Dash is splitting

Hello.

I‘ve bought a new Repro-Dash, it was realy poor quality so i sold it and fixed my original.
I poured the cracks with resin, sanded, filled and reinforced with glass fiber mats.
At the same time, I removed the holes for the speakers and covered everything with leather.
It was the best for me, now it’s hard-not soft like original but i hope no new cracks....

Re: Dash is splitting

There's a gentleman here (RealRed70) that repairs them, I would contact him, I plan to look into having him fix a cracked dash for me one day. Here's a link to a current thread that has some of his work in it.
