'67 GTO Conv. 1/4 Window

I'm in the final stretch of the restoration of my GTO. I'll be posting on many issues, I'm sure. The 1/4 windows have the chrome vertical sash that the rubber weatherstrip slides into. The sash appears to be really bonded to the glass. I have the sash and w/s and the thin material that goes between...question is...how to remove the sash from the glass?

That sounds like the way to go. I'm in Florida and it's been 90° plus all week. I'll post up the results. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice. Put both in the sun and only one was stubborn. Both windows were out to begin. Took about half a day total to clean the windows...30 years of dirt, dust and overspray, mount new sash and weatherstrip and install both.
