Noticed my brake lights stopped working, I have all other lights except my dome light has failed in the on position, with no power going to the switch that mounts by the door. I have power going to my brake light switch, and my grounds are good in the trunk. I read that it could be the turn signal switch, anyone have had a comparable experience? I am hoping the dome and brake lights are related so I do not have to remove the steering wheel. The fuses have been visually checked and rechecked with a test light they all have power. This is on a 1970 lemans 350/350 very little in the way of aftermarket just, ignition and distributor. Any help is appreciated :nerd: The only thing I have done recently was replace the starter and splice in some new wire where the original had melted (don't think this is related but ya never know)

I can understand the turn signal switch disturbing brake light ops, but I can't make the leap to the dome light... at least not with "normal" wiring.
