Probably not. Since they made a special steel 14 inch wheel just for disc brakes. Unless someone has changed your car's 14 inch stock wheels over to the disc brake steel wheels used on the Camaro or Chevelle when ordered with disc brakes in the past I would have to say no.
Those steel wheels are sold through Camaro restoration houses if you need them. Those wheels by the way make changing a tire a royal pain as there isn't a bead well for the tire to drop into as it is being stretched over the rim. Frequently if the operator is careless, or doesn't use enough lubricant they can tear the bead such that it will not seal up requiring a tube inside the tubless tire.
