Lower ball joint fit issues

The lower control arms were toast on my 62' Biscayne, so I sprung for some OEM stock replacements from Classic Industries. I also got some new Moog Lower ball joints (problem solvers) for them. When I tried to install the ball joints, the two side holes don't line up with the holes in the control arm. They are a bit too far in toward the center of the car - enough that I can only install one of the bolts but not the other. Anyone else come across this issue? Can I just enlarge the hole for the center stud on top a bit for more play?

I live in Australia & I had exactly the same problem with a Moog lower control arm ball joint a couple of years ago on my 67 Impala.
It`s a manufacturing fault, contact them, they will replace it. There`s no way i`d be modifying anything to suit a faulty part.
If you compare the faulty one to the good one you have you`ll see that the faulty one has had the hole drilled in the incorrect position.
Unfortunately, as I suspected when I had this problem, most likely these are not made in the USA anymore but just packaged to appear that way.
