Moog or Eaton will sell you a set of brand new 1964 Chevy Impala rear coil spring as soon as you tell them what ride height you want (if you change it from the factory ride height consider new shocks to match the springs as the suspension travel changes with ride height). They made they springs originally and sold them to Chevy. They are still in the spring business and will sell you the same springs they sold to Chevy.

What springs did you use?
I used:
Moog 658A front (listed as SS springs)
Moog 6033 rear (listed as Heavy Duty)

and my 64 sits almost perfectly level.
