Welcome to the Team!

Sorry I didn't welcome you on your first post.

I have to ask did you find a 12" rotor behind a shop and want to use it somewhere or do you want something to fill a 16 to 18 inch wheel? Reason I ask is there are few wheels made that will accept a 12 inch rotor. The IROC 16" wheel found on Camaros will clear the 12 inch single piston rotor and the similar twisted design five spoke 16" inch wheel used on the S-10 trucks will as well. If you have a PBR dual piston (or the newer Fixed bridge Girling style four piston Brembro calipers on a 12 inch rotor).

Why would you consider such a large rotor?

Here is a picture of a 1965-'66 Impala stopping with 11 inch discs up frond and drum rear brakes.

Note that the rear end is in the air because 60% to 70% of the braking forces is applied to the front axles and increases with weight shifting forward.
