Disc conversion

I just finished up a front disc conversion on my 62. I got the kit from CCP and it came with 2 inch drop spindles. After bleeding the brakes I took her for a ride and could immediately feel a problem. It felt like the two front tires were fighting each other. I actually heard the tires screeching on the pavement. I'm hoping that all I need is an alignment because everything was pulled apart during the install.i also know that the camber and geometry may have been changed. Question is ,Will an alignment fix this problem? Thanks guys

Usually; though some times you will need a longer center link to compensate for the wheel offset caused by disc brakes moving your wheels further apart.
