Lower control arm bushing caps???

Hello all,
When reinstalling my lower control arms, I noticed that there is about 3/16" fore/aft movement with the bolt snug (see first pic). I also noticed that in the assembly manual that there are "caps" installed on either side of the bushing (see items 3 & 13 in second pic) that would seemingly eliminate this fore/aft movement. To add to the confusion, these caps were not included with the front end kit I bought and were not present when I took the lower control arms off initially. Can anyone provide some input on these caps and whether or not they are necessary? Thanks.

Disregard. Found them. I thought these would be rubber for some reason.

Hardware is rarely included with the bushings. The cap in the diagram is how the caster is adjusted on your front end. Without it the front end parts will move around and never drive in straight line; not to mention wearing out in a few hundred miles any tire you install.
