Summit Racing sells a tool to measure wheel fitment for about $75. Otherwise, take your car to the local tire dealer and he can tell you.
If you can't drive the car; pull the rims you have, flip them face down, run a straight edge across the wheel and measure the distance from the straight edge to the wheel hub...this measurement will give you the backspacing (BS) Keep in mind this has to be right, wheel dealers will not take wheels back if you measure wrong.
The best bet would be to have the wheel dealer tell you what will fit. They know how to measure and generally what will fit.
