Fuse or CB for 1970 Impala conv???

Anyone know whet the fuse or cir brkr would be for the top motor?? The manual lacks detail!!!

The fuse panel has an 'ACC' but that does not remove power to the pump.

Joe,
The cicuit breaker is located on the drivers side under the dash. Have not seen those go bad shure it's not the hydraulics or the switch or perhaps not getting power.
Circuit brealer looks like this:

If it's the same as my 66 it has a red 10 gauge wire that travels through the firewall and attaches directly to the horn relay.
