65 dash harness

Can anyone tell me were the single yellow wire with plug goes of main dash harness it's next to the cig. Lighter , and ign. Wires? Also does it matter what way the 2 wires hook up to the brake switch? one more what is the purple wire coming from behind the heater core box? Thanks

The yellow wire is the radio power feed. The orange and white wires at the brake switch do not have to be indexed. They are OK to be hooked up either way.

Wiring

There is a wire or socket that connects to the interior lights on both the passenger and driver's side, that mounts under the dash.

Ooops.. Sorry, missed that one. There should be no purple wire in the heater core area inside the car that is by itself. There is a 2-postion connector with brown and purple wires in it that is shaped like a "V" in that area. That is the turn signal flasher. Is that the one? If no, send me a picture.
