removing dome light on 65

Help! I can't seem to figure out how to remove the dome light lens on my 65 ss. I think it has a short or bad connection as it works sometimes and if you tap on it, it flickers. One side works fine and all other interior lights work. It's the one located on the rear "sail panel" or earmuff board. I don't want to pry or twist on it too hard, any help would be appreciated. thanks!

It has little tabs that fit into slots in the housing. I can't recall exactly but I think it's 3 or 4 tabs. You just pry real gentle and distort the lens enough to pull it out of the slot but often those are so old and brittle you may not be able to save it.

They are available reproduction if you do break it.

thanks! that's the pointer I needed. I know it's a simple fix, but I didn't want to just start reefing on the thing. It worked, I used a small flat screwdriver and "popped" it out. The bulb was just loose, thanks for the help.
