electrical problems?

I have a 2005 Impala 3.4 and approximately two months ago I had a high idle. I went to autozone and pulled codes after which I replaced fuel pressure gauge, throttle position sensor, and cleaned the throttle body and IAC. This worked well and the car ran great but last week the check engine light returned and I pulled codes P1811, P0303, P1106, P0443,, and P0641. Aside from random misfires upon start and the CD player occasionally going out I didn't have any new problems. However last week I was leaving work and the engine wouldn't start. A coworker assisted me and we determined that the fuel pump wasn't operating. I replaced the pump and still a no go. I decided to read up on these symptoms and came across thread after thread about the no start passlock issue and decided that I could solve my problems by replacing ignition switch and cylinder. I was wrong again and more confused than ever after countless attempts at relearn. Yesterday I borrowed a friend:'s testlight and discovered there was no current going to the lower half of the upper fuse panel nor the ignition relay. All fuses are fine and I borrowed a voltometer to discover several different readings from ignition relay plugi with the last reading being 4.2. I don't know what to do or where to look from here but there has to Ne a problem somewhere concerning the wiring. I am a novice to electrical issues and I would. appreciate any adviceT that could point me in the direction of where the problem lies.
