Traction Control

I know this has been around but I am still having problems with my 2009 Impala LT displaying service traction control/abs brakes lights and most of the solutions have not sounded like mine.
I have NEVER had a reduce engine speed and HAVE NOT had a check engine light with code. (I have checked for codes but no codes). Some times when the lights come on it will sound a ping tone about 3 or 4 times and go off. It seems more often when the weather is cold outside....45 degrees and lower.
If more info is needed just let me know. Any help will be appreciated.

Well your problem is new to us, as we only talk about cars that were built about forty to fifty years before your front wheel drive, V-6, computer controlled everything, was built. This board is concerned with the first cars to bear the Impala logo, mostly with the 1958-'64 models, but a few issues are discussed as late as 1969.
