2013 Impala misfire after starting
I have a 2013 Impala assigned to me (fleet/work vehicle) that has about 3700 miles on it. It had 40 miles on it when I got it. The vehicle sat for about two days in my yard (on grass) and it poured down rain today and was raining when I started it. When I started the car today it ran rough right after I started it and the check engine light began to flash. After about 30 seconds, maybe a minute the light stopped and the car has ran fine ever since. The manual says the flashing check engine light indicates a misfire...This is the first problem I've had with the car. It's been fed unleaded fuel only, no flex fuel.
Here are the specs off Chevy's site for the vehicle: 3.6L SIDI DOHC V6 VVT with E85 FlexFuel2 capability.
Is this something that could have been caused by the moisture or from sitting that long?? Bad gas maybe?? I'll run it by our maintenance guys on Monday, just curious as to what it might be with it being brand new.
