My latest Project

Hi There, My latest project is a 1970 2 door Sport Coupe. I have owned this car since 1985, used it as a daily driver and service vehicle for about 15 years and wrapped the odometer twice. It has sat under a tarp for the last several years waiting for me to pay some well needed attention to her. well that is what i'm doing now.
She had a very tired NOM 350 and whinning 10 bolt rear end, rust in all 4 corners behind the tires, a worn front seat cover and carpet, other than that it is a very solid car and the rest of the interior is perfect.
So had some patch panels welded in the quarters, remove the front clip and motor / tranny

Drop in freshly rebuilt 350 / TH350, and a different rear end.

Front clip from a rust free donor

Next strip down to bare metal, fix minor body damage, mostly door dings and a few small dents, seal with epoxy primer and start blocking the body.

After several weeks of blocking and building, off to the paint shop. It's back now and waiting for the paint to cure so I can cut and buff, then start reassembeling.

More updates as I go.
