Talking Whats happening between August 30 an September 18

Me and my girlfriend are going on vacation in California/Arizona/Nevada/Utah and Wyoming from August 30. to September 18 2012.
What is going on that we need to see?? Thinking on Drag/road racing. demo derby. Swap meet. And other things

Any body knows anything about 26th World of speed at Bonneville. Can you race what you brought (and hope you brought enough) ??
And what do i need to run at Firebird international Raceway in Phoenix (My Chevelle has done a lot of racing there so i want to try it to)

All ideas are welcome

Thankś
Christian

Welcome to the team Christian!

Speed World has stockish classes but you would have to meet tech to run your car. Otherwise any one who passes tech and pays the entrance fee (and signs away their life) is welcome to run. The rules are on line if your interested.

As with any NHRA sanctioned strip you have to pass tech to play. If it is a bracket race then you dial in your number and let your computer sand bag for you (if you have a car that et's at 11.50 or faster or hits 139 in the traps then there are a number of safety rules that apply.

I live on the East coast so I am no help as to local events.

www.pro-touring.com "Run to the Hills" (aka RTTH) in Pigeon Forge Tennessee!! Wooot!!

Friday cruise through the mountains, Friday night barbeque and hang-out, Saturday auto-cross, Sunday drag-racing (1/8th mile), Possible 60-0 type braking test on Sunday too.

Aww damn,.....that's probably too far away from where you'll be.

Check here though, maybe you'll find something!
