These are some heavy duty Chevies from 1962-1963.All of these cars were on display in York Pa. annual York US 30 Dragway RE-Union Show.If you can ever go,you will totally enjoy yourself,will be held this year from July 11th-13th..Drag cars from the 50's,60's,and 70's grace this show.All of these cars were powered by 409 Chevy engines.Some using the newly designed Z-11 engine that was avialiable only for a month or so in 1963. This was Dave Stricker's Old Reliable IV.this was one of the rare Z-11 Chevies,only 50 produced.Had all aluminum front end,bumpers and trunk.
These two also were 1963 Z-11 cars .
This was the Larry Wilson car after restoration,also a Z-11 car.
