61' floor pan / seat track mounting

Could use some tech help on my bubbletop with bench seat- I'm in the middle of replacing my floor pans and stumped about the seat track mounting. Can't find anything searching all the tech blogs
My original braces have the seat mounting plate attached and the seat mount holes are at 9" apart front to back- same as my seat track brackets (pic 1)
New floor pan has predrilled seat holes at 10 1/2" apart (pic 2) and doesn't seem to use the mounting plate. I bought a new full size front support that has the seat holes built in (pic 3) and looks like I'll also have to buy the shorter seat braces with the seat holes or is there a way to utilize the originals as they are in good shape? Do I drill new seat holes in the pan at 9"? I'm not sure the new brace will line up correctly there due to the pan shape
I'm sure some of you have done this and can point me in the right direction. Thanks
