Snowstorm pictures for you West Coasters

I think my area is a little on the light side with only 6-8 inches.

Note: '63 Impala is safely tucked away from the inclement weather ... I'm not risking those picture-perfect quarter panels to some idiot who doesn't know how to drive in the snow !

We are getting snow tomorrow. We'll see actually how much. Last time my kid woke up and was all upset because I told him it is going to snow and we did not even had few flurries.

Say Mitch, did I ever note that my Ebay Impala 'Vert came from Philly area? She must've made a lot of trips to the beach though because the quarters were filled with sand!

We've only got another 6" - 9" coming today/tomorrow. Sounds like it gets much worse again for you Pensylvania and NE guys!

Allan - the '66? That's one fine car you've got - and I can just imagine what a hoot it must have been crusin' "down the shore" as the locals here say with the top down.

I know about the sand - my '67 Fury vert' was a long-island beach car all it's life until I got it - and STILL 10 years later, I find sand in places you wouldn't beleive.

And my '63 Sedan, which was a California car most of it's life also has sand in the rockers...I get a face-full every time i put it up on the lift! :?0

Chicago got nailed yesterday with a major storm and then lake effect snow after when the winds shifted from the NE.

Then to top it off we had an earthquake in DeKalb. They were saying 4.3 but now reduced to 3.8. Many people felt it. So, blizzard followed by an earthquake in Illinois. Weird stuff.

errrr. what part of Ohio?

Dayton has around 8" - 12" on the ground. maybe a couple more inches this weekend. I think Cincy has around 6" down.

It'll probably be mostly gone in 2 weeks.
