Steering column sleeve for 4spd conversion

My 66 was converted from a powerglide to a 4spd. I have the steering column apart to replace turn signal switch. I would like to replace the sleeve that still has the shift nub with a smooth one. I have heard there is someone who does those. Anybody know who?

I tried to find one and couldn't find one so I bough a whole column and had it rebuilt. I have heard of people cutting the nub off and filling it with some JB Weld and bondo and repainting it. You would still have the powerglide end under the hood though. Depends on what your looking to do and budget.
