69 Impala Bumper Filler Panel

Can someone point me to information on how to install bumper filler panel on a 69 Impala. I have new panels that match the old ones, but I can find where they go. None of the Impala books that I have cover it. I didn't take this car apart, and am putting together a puzzle.

Those are held to the radiator core support with plastic push in rivets:

Thanks Dave,

The fillers came with staples, and I couldn't find any of the old holes. Do these go on the inside or outside of the radiator core support?

Front side from memory but I would check the Assembly manual to be sure. Since it was stapled at the factory you will have to find the original holes to mount it as they used a hefty stapler to push a wire through steel. The plastic rivets were used in newer model years in place of staples which is what I am familiar with.
