Post 66 327 conv

Hi all.
Eddie from Norway. Big fan of American cars for many years, and had some before: 2 Chev Malibu Classic 76 mod. Dodge (tow car). Plymouth Trailduster and a Chev Scottdale, also a tow car.
But this 66 Impala 327 convertible is my first classic car. I imported it from SD to Norway last week. 07.05.2008. I think it is in good shape and are now waiting for government department to have a look at it. They need to approve the car before I get the license plates.

Welcome to the board Eddie!

At least one more Imp should survive. If you can not get tags for it, do you think the Government would let you store it in the seed bank. Should make a great time capsul piece.

Thank you.
Yesterday I show them my Chevy, and I got approval. I had only to make the vin number in the frame, and change the park lamp lens from amber to clear. Norwegian rules. Lenses are already ordered from Classic Industries in the US. :-)
When you have an old car in Norway ( more than 30 years) You can order licence plates with old looks. So I did and I get them next week.
