i recently bought a 'new' impala its a 63 (body looks like a 65)
it has a 250 6L in it with a 3 speed manual.
in a few years it will get a restoration, till then i want it to just be good.
i hope i can help a few members with questions and hope they can help me aswell
on paper its a 63 but i know everything looks like a 65, maybe someone switched the body someday or since its build in antwerp they started earlier on the 65 bodies,
i fit it just like my 88 ford f150 fullsize longbed extended cab pickup.
most people make room as they see a large car like that for the others i have the patience to put it in park and wait till they do.

Welcome Johny, If someone told you its a 63, they don't know their cars very well. 65 Impala's were not produced there in 1963. Hope you have paperwork stating that you bought a 1965 Impala. Also would like to see more photos.
it has papers of a 63 with a 250 engine in it. original paint under the black is yellowish, i searched the paint code and it confirm the yellow color.
photos can be found in my blog on this site (impala 65)
