Really cool ride, I like seeing old wagons. 'dadstoy' is a member here and is practically your neighbor over in Lewisberg.

Your ride will be cool when done, no doubt. You really don't see them around at all, but hopefully your frame and rockers are in decent shape.

Welcome to the Team Jason!

That is quite an ambition.

I used to race back in your father's day but racing has changed a lot since then.

I hope you are not going to try and make a competitive car as that can break the bank even in the sportsman classes. Better would be a nostalgia racer that only looks and sounds like your fathers car, when you stop to consider you have two money drains siphoning off funds simultaneously, a restoration with all that implies plus building a stock, Super stock, Modified Production or Gasser class car from the sixties, seventies, or eighties.

Welcome Jason, Yea, I'm in Lewisburg. Been trying to build a 65 wagon now for years. I just keep putting stuff to do in front of it. I know a couple of websites where you might find some parts.

Two-Door Wagons are pretty rare and they are cool cars to boot.

I have some parts available.

I am parting out 3 '59's and 4 '60's, although only 1 Wagon ('60 Parkwood).

Just gunna do some bracket racing with this car, mid 12 second car! Wrong car to go fast in lol. Doing this for my ol man more than anything, he has givin me alot throught the years and to resurrect his old car would mean the world to me. I've already located and bought the rear cragar super tricks and still in need of the front 3 1/2's. The picture posted was from the day we brought it home, we've since redone all the floors, inner rockers and outer rockers, bottom of cowl, and have 9" direct bolt in ready! Very interested in any websites, or yards for parts! thanks for responding guys appreciate it

Awesome that your able to do this with your dad. I think no matter how fast it is, it will be fun and kool!!!! I missed a '66 327 glide, ac, ps, and pb wagon 80,000 original miles,...I was going to use it for a tow vehicle for my '55 Gasser. Guy before me put a down payment and had 30 days to come up with money,...waiting to see if he would not pay was killing me....LOL...

Very nice! It's amazing how I use to hate wagons, but now think there one of the coolest cars out there. Have fun with your Dad, that alone is great a thing.
