new to forum, long time enthusiast

Just bought myself a barn load of Impalas....and will need to catch myself up to speed on the details of all of them. You won't believe what I found all in one spot.

Anyways...will post up some threads in the near future, just thought I would introduce myself. Been building cars/trucks since I was 13, now 42.....been alot of builds in that amount of time but never had the pleasure of owning any impalas to date till now. Always wanted one...but just couldn't find what I was looking for.

I just purchased a 59 Impala 2dr/ht, 60 convertible (basket case), 62 Impala, 65 Impala convertible 4spd car, 65 Impala sport coupe, 65 Impala SS/283 auto, and a 66 Impala SS (or thought to be....is a VERY good representation of) but pretty sure just a sport coupe (ss clone). But a very believable one.

Also in the process of dealing on a 68 Impala convertible, and a 2 dr/ht for parts (not a fastback).

Going to be parting out or selling most of them, but keeping the 65 SS/65 SC/65 convertible.

...plus there is the 68 convertible, and the 68 hardtop (not a fastback), then a truck load or two of spare seats, bezels, tailights, SS emblems, doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids, etc etc etc.

Ya work for sure....it's amazing how people want parts now for free and don't realize the work involved with transporting, cleaning out, and cataloging stuff takes. Stuff is starting to sell already though...so hopfully I can at least break even and keep a 65 to myself.
