New member for tn

Hi everyone my name's John and recently a man that was like my 2nd dad pasted away and passed on to me his 20 year project a 65 impala ss 2 door the interior in the car is unbelievable but it needs front end painted (primered) and a motor and trans and some things updated and restored but I'm so ready to spend all my spare time and money doing whatever it takes to make it a street beast and head turner can't wait to finish it and show it off to the world thanks everyone any parts or tips y'all have I appreciate and will be interested in bc I wanna have plenty of spares haha can't wait to get to know you all

Definitely a great start - looks like you can run with that body like that, just add the grill/bumper/lower valence.

It's funny to see velour inserts on vinyl but, hey, I'd roll with that as-is for as long as I could too.

If your 2nd Dad had that car for 20 years, he loved it. Thats why its yours now, He left it to someone that would take care of it for the next 20 years.
