New guy

New to site, thought I'd say Hi! Found out about this site thru team chevelle. I am the owner of a 65 impala ss and have had it since around 82/83. Has gone thru a few changes thru the years. Lately been finding more time with it to "tinker", and here it is in it's present state

Thanks Steven

Welcome Steven. Thats one nice 65, my favorite year. Did the car come with the bumper guards or were they added later?

Thanks dadstoy, The bumper guards did come with the car. Also I finally got the "stance" that I was looking for I had tried replacing the front coils with new ones and it had the nose up attitude with the alignment being way off. Finally went with 1 1/2" drop get the rake. And changed out the torq thrust d's for these rims. It is a 4speed car but the muncie was replaced with an autogear M22w 4spd, with 12bolt and 4.10's out back. Not really highway friendly but i'm fine with that.
