Hello from Germany!

Hi guys,
my name is Patrick and I'm from Stuttgart/Germany.
I bought a 1968 4dr sedan, blue paint from FX, Virgina and shipped it to Germany.
I know, the 4dr sedan is not very popular and the engine is a small one. But I really love it! And so far the car runs great!
The former owner made a full mechanical restoration completed in 2006 with 8,200 miles now on rebuilt 307 V-8 engine, rebuilt powerglide automatic transmission, rebuilt front and rear suspension - and rebuilt steering, fuel, cooling & charging systems. And a lot of other parts replaced.
I'm going to build a website for the impala, but it's still under construction.
If you want, you can check: www.impala68.com
I hope I can get some informations and tips at impalas.net to do some little restaurations and servicing on my own!

Yours
Patrick (Impala68)

Welcome to the Team Patrick!

So are you going to mount a dash cam once you get her running again and tackle the Nuremberg ring.

Welcome Patrick,
I am also in Stuttgart (without my 68 Impala), so if you ever need a hand with her, let me know.

Thank you very much for the welcome!

@BigDave, well I think I prefer the Hochenheim Ring, it's much closer. :-)

@Throck so you are at the Kellys? Good to know! Thank you for your offer!

Here I have a video of the exhaust
Great sound! It was made by the former owner!

Yours Patrick

You have a great looking, great sounding car. I've also got a 1968 Impala 4-door with the original 327/TH400 combo/numbers matching. I need to do some body work and redo the interior, but otherwise it is a daily driver. I think the older crowd used to put down the 4 doors, but now that all the oldies are getting so rare, they are all just happy to see old iron on the road. In my situation, with one child and hopefully more on the way later, it's actually nice to have 4 doors. You'll find a lot of guys on here that really appreciate 4 dr Impalas. Great to have you on here, and keep us updated on your website.
