Sup Folks!

Currently out of Lompoc, CA.

New to the whole car restoration bussines, so I joined the site to get a little more informed on all the different aspects of this "art". I picked up my 68 vert back in November from a gentleman out in Wisconsin. The whole car is complete/original, had the usual collected rust near the wheel well and the original acrylic paint that was chipped. I will be honest I want to go for the original look on the outside, but on the inside i would like to have it customized to an awesome modern look and feel. I know a lot of people are against touching anything that is original. But hey its an extension of yourself right?

Pleasure of being part of impalas.net

Welcome to the site.

Do whatever you want with the car as long as you keep another Impala on the road. Personally, I like nice interiors as this is what I look at when driving the car.

Welcome to the Team Jonathan!

No problem; it is your car build it your way. Anyone who wants to argue originality gets a vote just as soon as he pays into your restoration fund. Of course as a majority share holder you still get to decide which way to build it; but at least with him paying for your attention it won't hurt as much to hear him rant.
