My 63 Barn Find

I found a 63 impala in a barn and talked the owner into selling it to me. Because the mice were so bad inside I am going to start with installing a new interior.

My next project would be updating the suspension and brakes. I was thinking about doing a 2" drop kit. Any suggestions on brakes and suspension???

New impala owner!!!

Welcome to the Team Paul!

Buy a complete kit with everything from one company so that ll the parts have been matched to work together.

car looks nice, welcome to the site.

CPP has had good feedback on here for their brake kits and a few other companies as well. (budget minded)

Try a Search on Brakes or check out the brakes and suspension forum, you'll probably see them from within the last 90 days.

Finally Done With My Barn Find

After three years and a lot of "lessons learned" my 1963 impala is done. Car drives and runs GREAT.

That's a great looking car, and a great barn find. Do you have more before pics? Maybe post a few more before and after, especially the interior.

How much did you get it for, if you don't mind my asking? I am always curious about the barn finds.
