1960 Biscayne

Greetings to all!

I'm new to these cars, but not new to restoring. I've done Camaro's, Vettes and 71-72 pickups. I just purchased a 60 Biscayne that appears to be pretty much original, with I6 and 3ott. I look forward to learning a bunch and getting ideas.

Welcome to the Team Steve!

That is a clean looking all original from the snap shot.

great looking ride, welcome to the site.

ya know, you take that last picture and make it black and white - and it's like 1960 all over again.

Thanks!

I can do that.

When I sit in a car like this, you can smell that distinct odor that only an old car has. You put your hands on that big steering wheel, take a look at that glorious unpadded dash, notice that the ash tray was used, and smile when you notice the seat belts are tucked away under the seats, it definitely does feel like 1960 again.
