Hello from Holland

My name is Mario and I live in the Netherlands. Over here there aren't many nice US cars, so I try to compensate for that a bit

Since childhood I love the American muscle cars from the '60's, but also the models that still are exciting today: Camaro, Challenger, Mustang and ofcourse Corvette. Sorry if I offend some of you with the cars from "the other side", but over here we're happy to just see any nice US car we can

Almost 15 years now I'm the proud owner of a Corvette. Since '99 I own a "King of the Hill": a '93 ZR-1 Corvette. When I visited The States in 2009, I bought an '04 convertible Corvette.

Despite having two beautiful Corvettes I still keep looking for a nice muscle car from the '60's... I have some nice cars on my wish list: a '68 Charger, a Camaro from the same era and also a 1967 Impala!

A couple of months back I decided to start looking for a nice '67 Impala, since I really love everything about that car: it's beautiful, nice size and lot's of chrome without overdoing it. it also has that muscle car looks I love. Researching this last model I found out that it can also be a Caprice (small difference, but both very beautiful cars) so at this moment I'm looking for a '67 Impala or Caprice.

Welcome to the Team Mario!

Just wonder where you can drive a Corvette over there as the roads are so narrow.

Yeah, I was just seeing the mental image of a 67 Impala going through a small European village, temporarily turning the street into a one-way street

Welcome to the site.

I can imagine 4 Smart owners getting angry that you have taken all their parking spots with your Impala.
