New guy--> Hello

Hi All,
I'm new to the sight. I have 1967 two Impala SS's
1) Convertible, Ermine White/red Strato-back bench interior, 327/TH400.
2) Hardtop, Marina Blue/black Strato-bucket interior, 396/TH400.

In addition, my nephew is restoring a 1961 Bel Air 2 door sedan.

I hope to obtain lots of info from this site.

Welcome to the Team Denis!

I must be getting senile as I wrote a response this afternoon but apparently hit the "New Posts" button before I hit the "Post Quick Reply" button.

As I mentioned then, information we can offer. It will be parts you will have a hard time finding. Are you restoring both cars, or is one car a parts car for the other?

Big Dave

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the welcome.
The convertible --> It is mostly done, but it seems there are always things to do. It is a driver so some things are not perfect. I recently finished restoring the interior using CARS Inc. parts exclusively. I added disc brakes. Next is to the clean up the engine compartment and change the exhaust system. And now I'm thinking I want to add A/C.... :-\

The hard top --> needs restoration. Solid rust-free California car. I'll get started one day....

Actually, I'm helping my nephew restomod his 1961 Bel Air 2-door sedan. Converted to PDB and new V8 350/290 HP and THM350. Unfortunately, he was involved an accident with the car so we are dealing with this.
