Who has the baddest BB on this site and what does it have in it? What times has it run and what is it in?

I discovered a long time ago for every guy who thought he had the biggest baddest what ever all he had to do was wait a minute or two and someone would come along and prove him wrong.

I had a 582 in my 1985 Impala that would run 9.34 in the quarter (only when I got a good launch though). Standard deck 750 horse high compression motor with another 250 shot of nitrous made it a little too roudy for the street. I was always traction limited with the car and it was no longer fun to drive on the street. It is way to heavy for a race car and has no safety equipment, so it is out in the barn with the rest of my old projectrs awaiting renewed interest (and winning the lottery to pay for it).

might have used a Dart block.

I was more curious about using an 85 Impala! lol. Not your typical go-fast car.

I think you could tow my car behind you and you'd still be fast.

While technically not a BB, this 'grocery getter' is 'pretty quick' (watch all 3 vid's).

I don't think he was pushing quite thru the center of mass in the first vid... };^)>

Except for the first video, that wagon launches like it is on rails.

Here's MY big block. It was supposed to be for my Chevelle. It was built for my rail dragster, but I sold that when I went in the Army.

With the Chevelle gone now, I have no use for it. Anybody need a real nasty big block?

Don't listen to me, what do I know? I've only been doing this for 30 years.

I doubt it is a 10.5 tire class

Earthquake, if you want to send me that engine, I can guarantee you that I will find something to put it in...

Two doors, four doors, wagons, and ragtops.

I notice that Mike hasn't chimed in yet. He is a national competitor that runs a promod 1962 in Quick-16. His play mates are guys like Mussi and Christianson/

That's because I am dyslexic nad transposed a few numbers. Which is also why I write out numbers all the time rather that use the the numeric key pad because a spelling checker finds my transposed letters while ignoring numbers.

4.600 inch bore with a 4.375 inch stroke (that's supposed to have been a four and three eighths inch stroke). I have no idea what my fingers where thinking when they typed out the three and seven eighths number).
