TH400 Stall Converter Brand

I just got done rebuilding my TH400 with the B&M rebuild kit and I was going to go with their 3,000 stall converter but there are other brands out there that I am curious about. I see a Rebel Performance brand and the Speedway brand that I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with?

My engine combo is the following;

1966 Biscayne
.30 over 454
11.25:1 LS-6 pistons
Forged rods
LS-6 NOS crank
Solid roller .678 lift cam with 108 lobe separation
049 heads, ported and polished with 2.19/1.88 valves
Ported RPM air gap intake
950HP Ultra Holley
Roller rockers and stud girdles
12 bolt 4.10 Richmond posi rear end

I would check with your local racers to see who builds a custom torque converter based upon your car's needs weight, final drive ratio cam, compression, and cam. Buying one off the shelf is comparing a Sears suit to a tailored suit worn by James Bond, both will cover your nudity but one makes you look a lot better doing it than the other. Only difference is guys who build custom torque converters do it for a lot less than a Brioni or a Savile-Row tailor will out fit you.

I've not heard of Rebel Performance, so I'm no help there.

I thought Speedway was a parts vendor like Summit, Jegs or Lane Automotive, which would most likely mean they get them from someone else......maybe Precision Industries.
The Speedway ones did say "Made in the USA" which is nice!
