67 Biscayne 4 Door Sedan Built the 1st Week of May in Janesville, Wisconsin. I am thrown by the paint code which is bronze but don't think they made it till 68

5CM (accesory options - I don't have that information)
Memo
134 (internal use only but this car needed special attention for some reason - probably had to do with custom paint color being factory installed which makes this a COPO car)

0-0 is special paint.
5C is regular shoulder belts and 5M is regular rear center seat belt. The memo 134 is to give the assembly line workers special instructions for the car.
Do you have a picture of the tag and what is the vin#? Also, do you know any of the cars history? I have seen several memo tags before.
