I assume you are not talking about a Kelly Blue book? I have a Chilton's Flat Rate and Parts Price Guide, but it only goes back to cover the years 1990 to 1979.
You want one from the 1960's if they even published one back then as most people where more honest in their business dealings back then. A parts price guide might not have had a market. I didn't buy my first book until discount part houses appeared on the scene.
I didn't need a flat labor guide as I didn't do any work that was covered under the guide except R&R trannies and motors, but that didn't even apply then because I was building not rods.
