65 Wagon Decode Help

I'd appreciate any information you guys could give me regarding this cowl tag information.

06A
ST 65-16435 LOS 6209
TR 814-
E 2KL 3C
5W-

Also, Warren, this is an original car, so if you let me know what information you need to add it to your database, I'll be glad to send it to you. Thanks for the help!

06A - Body built first week of June in 1965
65-16435 - 65 Impala 6 Pass wagon
LOS 6209 - 6,209th 65 impala 6 pass wagon body built at the L.A. plant
814 - Black vinyl interior
Should be a paint code on the tag under LOS.
E - Tinted Glass
2K - Factory Air
2L - muncie M20 4spd
3C - Padded dash
5W - Front deluxe seat belts with retractors

For the database, I need the vin, drivetrain information/dates and info from any original documentation you have like the protection plan or the window sticker. You can PM or email me that info.

Warren since you are building a data base here is my information for my 62 impala. Not trying to hijack the thread , maybe there should be a code thread set up

VIN: 21847S262402 = 1962 Impala V8 2D sport coupe (hardtop) St' Louis, Mo serial#262402
Cowl Tag:

Month code: 5B= May 2nd week
Style: 62-1847 = 1962 Impala 2 door sport coupe 8 cyl engine
Trim: 867 = Fawn. Material type is: Vinyl (Impala SS coupe) Seat type: Bucket
Paint: 920 = Autumn Gold
Body: SL 46243 = Saint Louis Ser# 6245
ACC: 12H 1B =???????

My dad ordered it new. It was my first car in high school. Sadly, it's been wasting away for years at my sisters house. But, I'm going to do my best to bring it back to life. It's a 396, 4 speed, bench seat car with a tach in the dash and dash-top mounted clock. Originally yellow, I had it painted brown about 30 years ago. Not sure what color I'm going back with, but it's not going to be brown. I just finished up the front left floor pan. Engine has been rebuilt and the seats are done in black cloth with original stiching. Door panels and cargo area panels are nearly finished.

a BB, 4spd wagon is cool. that brown paint is.....uhhh. slightly less cool.

I'm trying to find a tailgate window motor, if you know of any sources. These wagon parts are hard to come by!

It was beautiful 30 years ago... green appliances, orange formica, shag carpet.
