Impala newb with a trim tag question.

Could someone please check this out for me and give me some info on the tag and VIN. This car intrigues me for some reason, I mainly like vetttes and camaros, but I think a 427 would look good under that hood.
Thanks in advance. This car is 30 minutes from my house.

That's a pretty neat car. Would be a great project and Blue/Blue would be real good looking when it's all done.

I'd be tempted if it was closer!

I've seen worse, way worse. That looks like a good project if you can buy it right.

There were no '64 full size Chevys built at Baltimore. The BA on the tag stands for the Doraville, GA (Atlanta) assembly plant. There should be a C in the VIN.
