Need help deciding my 68

Trying to decode the protecto plate on my Impala. It looks like:
L DD 164878T271451
TO606HN EZ0618B 6
68D529 1 6

Cowl tag looks like:
171205062
ST 68-16487 TAR288430 body
TR 806 D-2 paint

Vin: 164878T271451

From what I gather from it its a 327/250hp with a turbo400 trans non a/c,grotto blue/black vinyl top, 2 door coupe, built in January 68 in tarry town ny. The valve covers say tonowanda ny.

The front of the block right by the right hand cylinder head has g-2 stamped on it. The back of the block by the bell housing has 3914660 stamped on it

Any help would be appreciated, trying to sell the car and don't want to give anyone wrong info. Already had it listed with a th350 instead of a th400, so any information is greatly appreciated
