In 67 the TH400 was available on both the big block and the small block engines so in general for 1967 it does not verify big block application. There is some literature that says this was a midyear change but Warrens data base shows it otherwise, he has many small block TH400 cars documented. Since this is a very early built car maybe it might indicate big block for this car though, I would want him to verify what the data shows on the early built cars.

Send a message via AIM to TAR6569
2R is rear seat speaker.

5Z is deluxe shoulder belts and 5Y is deluxe seat belts. You had to order deluxe belts to get the deluxe shoulder belts, a rare option.

Thank you all for all your help.
I don't think it has the original engine still.
It looks to be a small block 350
I'm going to do some more Research on it with the original owner to see where the 396 went.

The TH350 wasn't introduced until 1969 so if you wanted a three speed automatic and the motor made more torque than the stock PowerGlide could handle then the TH400 was used behind the motor (big or small block) all the time. I just don't have the rated factory torque value for a 1967 V-8 PowerGlide (they made a different version of the PG for sixes)
