Welcome to the Team Mike!

842 is a blue cloth bench seat. 959 paint code indicates a two tone paint job with Ermine White over Silver Blue (light blue metallic). ACC. is the part of the tag that indicates your accessory option codes.

The 1963 trim tag contains (reading from left to right top to bottom) The date (Month and Week) that the car was made; the assembly plant city location where it was made; the year it was made; the style of the body (Biscayne, BelAir, Impala; and the type of body two door or four door, Sedan, hard top, convertible or wagon); the sequence number stamped on the body from Fisher Body; the interior color and seat style and material it was covered in; the exterior paint color (bottom color then top); and finally the optional accessory codes.

Y indicates deluxe seat belts

The VIN lists the date it was made and where and then list the sequential Vehicle Identification Number
