Trim tag/engine number assistance please

Guys, I've had a look on here and have found most of the translation for the tag, but a couple of them have me stumped.
On the very top left of the tag, there is O6C stamped. ??
Under that is ST 66-16837 (a 1966 impala SS) then Los 8560 (made in LA but what is the 8560?)
TR 844B. (Bright blue Interior?) F-F Paint (Marina Blue)
Then on the bottom the plate
W 2LFR. 3B and
5Y
Checking out the engine number, it's hard to read the first half a dozen numbers but the last 6 are the same as the last 6 on the VIN number. So I'm assuming that its the factory engine.
But the first part of the engine number, also has me stumped.
T. 050 8 IA R 6L xxxxxx. I may be wrong on a couple of those as they are very hard to read.
I think the IA is a 396,325hp, 4 Spd
Not sure what the R is???
The 6L xxxxxx is a 1966 model, built in LA and the sequence I assume.
Can anyone assist or tell me if my assumptions are on track?
Cheers,
Matt

I believe the R is for Rochester Carb ( Quadrajet) . An H would be Holley.

Well it does have a Rochester. But wtf do all the letters and numbers in front of the R signify? Any clues anyone?

Per Chevrolet By The Numbers:

T0508IAR in 1966

T = Tonawanda, NY engine plant
0508 = May 8, 1966 assembly date
IAR = 396/325HP H. D., with 3-speed or 4-speed transmission and Rochester carburetor
