new member - 67 data plate decoding help

I bought a 67 Impala conv and will be restoring it to original, and looking for the trim decoding:

03B
ST 67-16467 JAN 1374 BODY
TR 814-A Y-2 PAINT
W2M
5Y

Sure,
03B is body was built 2nd week of March in 67.
67-16467 is plain 67 impala conv body
JAN 1374 is the 1,374th plain impala conv body built at the Janesville, WI assembly plant
814-A is a black interior
Y-2 is yellow paint with black top
W is tinted windshield
2M is powerglide
5Y is deluxe belts

Could you send me the vin so i can add the car into the 64-70 impala registry?

Thank you for the information, I wonder why the tops white now it must have been replaced at one time.

Maybe you could help me with another question.

Why are the tail lights all red and the back up lights in the bumper?

I've been looking at other impala's of the same year but can't find one that looks like this one.

Depends upon what your trim package was. Impala, Caprice, Bel Aire are all used interchangably, because it is the same car, but they have minor differences in trim and lights (as you have noted).
