GM wood grain steering wheel

I was a vendor at a local swap meet yesterday. I saw a guy walking around with a original W's GM woodgrain steering wheel. Had the adapter on it and looked complete to install. Then I saw the price on it. 50.00
Sometimes being a seller you cant get around to check out the other vendors. I offered the guy 100.00 for it, but he wasn't interested in selling it. Dang it! Sure would have looked good on one of my Chevy's.

A close friend of mine loads up a high cube C-50 truck and drags all of the junk he has accumulates over the year that is stored in an empty office building next to his shop so that he can attempt to sell it at the Turkey Rod Run inside the Daytona Beach Speedway. I help him unpack the truck and set up the tables covered in used car parts. Then I will let him go walking about shopping for more junk; by watching his junk for him (after the other other vendors have picked over the good stuff and bought whatever he is going to actually sell that year). With what he buys minus what he sells to other vendors, it is still a very full truck when we drive out after three days of meeting other gear heads.
