Question regarding steering radius..

Good day all, I recently changed my spindles and drum brakes(front only) for a drop spindle and disc (power) brakes on my 1962 Impala.. when all that was said and done, My alignment was "Toe-out". So after i loosened tie rods and aligned best i could by eye, keeping the steering wheel straight. I now can turn left all the way with the steering wheel making two full rotations, and when i turn left it only makes 1 rotation? Did i not have the steering wheel completely centred? thanks in advance..

Two things happened when you did that. You changed the front track width (moved the wheels further apart) and because you may not have had the wheels centered when the steering wheel was centered (It is centered five times going from full lock right to full lock left) your steering may be a tad off. I would take it to a front end alignment shop (try a lorry collision repair shop) to set the steering geometry back to where it should be. I would also crank in as much positive Caster as posible to make it track straight as an arrow.
