Well, I got mine in order, but I have to say since the new required update, it sure has been quiet in here.

That is because every one and anyone can read our posts, but unless you log in using your newly assigned passwords no one can post anything.

Yeah, I understand it, but part of my post was to just get some conversation going, lol.

Glad to see you here too tonight.

As Mods we have to change our passwords far more frequently so this isn't new stuff to us. I have never explored all of the buttons I can push as a mod but the admins worry I will loose control to some outside group which is why we are constantly changing our passwords.

I think their constant mailing a new password to my e-mail account is one if the riskier things they could do as my wife shares my e-mail account with the world.

Probably why we all should change it again to another one that we choose.

Great, last time I couldn't log in for weeks. Why is this necessary???
I've been on other forums for 10-12 years without ever changing a password, it's not like we are trading nuclear reactor building secrets here.

You are fine. This isn't happening again. Mods and admins have their password expire once a year as they have the ability to cause wide spread damage if their account was compromised
